1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through prozilligaming.com, including merchandise orders and donations. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
2. Merchandise Refunds
2.1 Print-on-Demand Products
Our merchandise is produced using print-on-demand services through Printful. Because each item is custom-made specifically for your order, our refund policy differs from traditional retail:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. You must report the issue within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect.
- Wrong Size Ordered: If you ordered the wrong size, we cannot offer a refund as items are custom-printed. We strongly encourage you to review our size guides before ordering.
- Change of Mind: Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Each item is produced specifically for you once the order is placed.
- Quality Issues: If the print quality does not meet reasonable expectations, please contact us with photos within 30 days of delivery for review.
2.2 How to Request a Merchandise Refund
To request a refund for merchandise:
- Email support@prozilligaming.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and the email used for the purchase
- Provide clear photographs showing the issue (damage, defect, wrong item)
- Describe the problem in detail
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
2.3 Shipping Issues
Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 15 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we can reship the order at the customer's expense for shipping. If you do not wish to pay for reshipping, we will refund the product cost minus original shipping fees.
2.4 Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before production begins. To cancel an order, email support@prozilligaming.com immediately with your order number. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
3. Donation Refunds
3.1 General Policy
Donations made through our platform are voluntary contributions to support our content creation, community operations, and ongoing development. Donations are generally non-refundable as they are not payments for goods or services.
3.2 Exceptions
We may consider refund requests for donations in the following circumstances:
- Unauthorized Transactions: If your payment method was used without your authorization (suspected fraud)
- Technical Errors: If a technical error resulted in duplicate charges or incorrect amounts
- Accidental Donations: If you can demonstrate the donation was made by accident (e.g., a child using a parent's device without permission)
Refund requests for donations must be made within 14 days of the transaction. Requests made after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3.3 Donation Perks
If your donation included perks or benefits (such as Discord roles, recognition, or other rewards) and you request a refund, those perks will be revoked upon refund processing.
3.4 Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in:
- Permanent ban from our Services
- Revocation of all associated perks and benefits
- Potential collection action for chargeback fees we incur
We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and prefer to work directly with you to address any concerns.
4. Digital Content
Any digital content, such as downloadable files, digital art, or exclusive content provided through our Services, is non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law.
5. Subscription Services
If we offer subscription-based services in the future:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a billing period
- Refunds for the current billing period may be considered within 48 hours of renewal if you forgot to cancel
6. Processing Refunds
6.1 Refund Method
All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts.
6.2 Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Other payment methods: Varies by provider, typically 5-14 business days
Please note that while we process refunds promptly, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
6.3 Currency
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and refund may result in a different amount in your local currency.
